Stylish design and great views but no coffee in rooms was disappointing.

Gorgeous boutique hotel. Very good customer service, went to great lengths to resolve a problem with our room. The upgraded rooms are really nice, great idea for a special stay. Very good restaurant (foie gras and chocolate on the menu for starters!) and good quality breakfast. Conveniently just over the border from France and right next to the ski lifts and they offer guided excursions for the more adventurous.
Apart from a restaurant opposite there is nothing else around, you need to get in the car to for supplies in Pas de la Casa or Soldeu. Hot tub cool (32 deg) and water not particularly clean.

Everything was nice, clean hotel, stunning location right next to ski lifts. The room was well furnished and brand-new and had fantastic views of the mountains. The breakfast was fresh and wonderful, the food was outstanding. Location: the property was next to the slopes and beautiful scenery and surrounded by high mountains. I ate in the outdoor restaurant nearby. The staff was attentive and very helpful, so I will come back😀
Some people working there were bad.

Very nice hotel location, unique interior design choices, access to hiking trails
The open car park could be an eyesore during warmer months!!! Room heating controls seemed inadequate, feeling chilly at times!!! Water pressure in the shower struggled during peak usage hours!!!

Very nice stay with amazing mountain views and the sound of cowbells from our room overlooking the pastures. The dining experience stands out with Mediterranean cuisine that was both really good and fairly priced. The entire team demonstrated warmth and fantastic service, with little touches like Oatly milk for coffee that reflect attention to detail. This charming escape made our three-night getaway lovely.

great views but minor parking issues
The really good dining experience showcased fresh, seasonal dishes that were crafted with care. The attentive staff consistently provided excellent service. Enjoying a morning coffee with majestic mountain views from the room was a perfect way to start the day.
The open car park slightly detracted from the picturesque setting of the hotel.

The dining here is a culinary delight! From fresh, seasonal ingredients crafted into exquisite local dishes to the heavenly breakfast spread-each bite was an adventure! Plus, the bar had a great vibe. A real gem of a hotel experience.
The open car park does slightly detract from the picturesque setting, particularly in summer, but honestly, the overall charm of the hotel more than compensates for it. Just be sure to snag a room with a view of the pistes for the ultimate vibe!

Family with children seek perfection
The food was really good, especially the gourmet dinners we had every night. Seriously, it was like a Michelin-star experience, and the kids even had their own special menu they loved. The staff's attention to detail was next level, little things like Oatly milk for our coffee just hit the spot.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still, it was worth every penny.
